Dell Latitude 5510 - Please can you remove the BIOS password from this file

you just sent 1mb file !
When i read, verify and save file using ASprogrammer that is the size it comes down as. And when I erase IC and try install 8mb or 16mb or 32mb file it says files to big for IC
Maybe you need to change the IC.
